Farmers are smart and friendly people! They are very practical, down to earth, and understand how to work with nature. They are healthy because they are active and work in the field. I knew a farmer who had over 160 acres of farm land. He was humble and I am sure he was much richer than many of my professors! And I am also sure that he is wiser than many professors at my university.

Farmers are smart because they understood the mother of all laws, the Law of Cause and Effect, what you sow, you shall reap! They know there is a time for sowing and harvesting, they are very clear on the seasons for planting and harvesting which many city folks do not understand, they want to harvest when they have not planted anything - sounds insane isn't it?

It is like going to the bank and asking them where is my interest when they haven't deposited any money into the bank! The teller will reach for the nearest phone to call for help! Many people want the piece of cake before they contribute anything to the result, again, it sounds crazy but it is true many people expect to reap the rewards without putting in the commitment and efforts.

MLM is the simple home-based business but many people join the business, put in minimum effort and usually they turn up once a week for trainings or business presentations and they ask "where's the money?" Believe it or not some of them did not even sponsor a friend or relative and they tell you it doesn't work after speaking to a few negative friends!

I respect farmers and found them to be more intelligent than many city folks because they are sincere and understand that they have to work hard if they want to enjoy a good harvest. They are friendly and hospitable, I was invited to my friends's farm house for a delicious dinner cooked by his wife with fresh vegetables and potatoes gathered from his garden!

There are lessons to be learned from the seasons, summer, autumn, winter and spring. Life has its cycle and seasons and you have to work with nature just like what farmers do and they have the patience and understanding to know that you don't have to worry much about winter if you have prepared yourself well in Summer, Spring and Autumn.

Do you know what to do at different seasons? Do not feel too depressed if you are expriencing the "winter' of your life, nothing is permanent, because after winter will come spring! What I learned from my farmer friend is his wisdom of understand the seasons, working hard and being prepared for each season!
